Join a support group. You'll need the encouragement and help of a few friendly faces now and then, believe us.

Take time to plan. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." At the beginning of the year have an overall goal setting session, then break your goals down to months. Each month look at what you want to do weekly and each week what you want to do daily.
